Scott Brown (born September 12, ) is an Americanattorney and politician.
He was the United States Ambassador to New Zealand from June 8, until December 20, He was a United States Senator from the state of Massachusetts from to He is a member of the U.S. Republican Party.[1]
Early life
[change | change source]Brown was born on September 12, in Kittery, Maine. He studied at Tufts University and at Boston College.
Ambassadorship
[change | change source]On February 17, , news media outlets reported that Brown was under consideration by PresidentDonald Trump to be the U.S. ambassador to New Zealand.[2] On April 20, , it was reported that he was chosen to be the next Ambassador to New Zealand.[3][4]
On June 8, , the United States Senate confirmed his nomination to a vote.[5] He resigned on December 20,
